Royal Maca promotes healthy bones by helping to slow bone loss in women with hot flashes & increase production of new bone by raising tissue level of IGF-1. It also reduces all peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms when taken at optimum dosage for YOU.
Sensitive/Petite: Take 1/2-1 cap daily.
Women with a period: 2 caps daily.
Women with hot flashes: 3 caps daily. If after 5 days, hot flashes are not 80% better increase by 1 more cap daily every 5 days. If you need more than 4 caps daily, add Royal Maca for Vitality or Menopause.
Other Ingredients :
(Capsules): Cellulose, purified water.
Warnings :
Do not combine with any form of estrogen. If you are on HRT or birth control pills, stop for 4 wks. before starting Royal Maca. If you have an estrogen-dependent cancer, consult your physician.
